Indian Overseas Bank Recruitment 2024
Indian Overseas Bank, a leading public sector bank, has released a recruitment notification for 550 Apprentice posts.
Those eligible for the positions filled through this notification should submit their applications online from August 28th to September 10th. Apprentice posts are being filled in Indian Overseas Bank branches through this notification. Shortlisted candidates will also be posted in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. In the selection process for these posts, a computer-based test along with a local language test will be conducted.

Minimum Age :
Minimum age to apply for these posts – 20 years
Maximum age:
Age below 28 years are eligible for these posts.
Age Relaxation:
The following age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules for those applying for these posts.
- There is an age relaxation of five years for SC and ST candidates.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates have an age relaxation of three years.
- Age relaxation is 10 years for PwBD candidates.
Stipend:
Those selected for these posts will be given the following stipend. This stipend will depend on the area of posting of candidates.
- 15,000/- stipend will be given to those posted in metro areas.
- 12,000/- stipend will be given to those posted in urban areas.
- 10,000/- stipend will be given to those posted in rural areas.
Eligibility:
- Should have any degree qualification.
- The candidate should be able to speak the local language of the state where he/she is applying.
Fees:
- Fee 800/- for GEN / EWS / OBC candidates (944/- inclusive of GST)
- Fee 600/- for SC, ST, and Female candidates (708/- inclusive of GST)
- Fee 400/- for PwBD candidates (472/- inclusive of GST)
