Skills Required:
Relationship Officer (Digital Sales):

- Acquire savings/current accounts from open markets via canopy activities, cold calling, and referrals.
- Cross-sell financial products (insurance, fixed deposits, personal loans, etc.) from the existing customer portfolio.
- Meet sales targets for banks and investment products.
- Enhance customer value and satisfaction.
Chat Process Officer:
- Handle customer calls and address their queries, requests, and complaints.
- Provide complete and accurate information on products and services.
- Ensure high-quality customer service within productivity benchmarks.
- Maintain customer delight and resolve issues promptly.
- Comply with security norms and quality processes.
- Cross-sell other banking products as needed.
