Eligibility Criteria:
Client Success Manager
- Education: Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of successful technical sales experience.
- Demonstrated history of achieving sales quotas.
- Experience in selling PLM, ERP, Digital Manufacturing, or CRM technology is a plus.
Business Change Coordinator
- Education: Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in Change Management.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and transformational projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Atlassian applications (JIRA, Confluence).
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
Skills Required:
Client Success Manager
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to network with senior executives.
- Proficiency in PLM Solutions, subscription models, and cloud-based solutions.
- Sales process knowledge and ability to manage mid to large solution opportunities.
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and detail-oriented approach.
Business Change Coordinator
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to conduct business change impact assessments and develop change readiness plans.
- Experience working in virtual teams and managing ambiguity.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Responsibilities:
Client Success Manager
- Generate revenue by selling technology solutions from various software vendors (PLM, CAD, CAM, etc.).
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior management.
- Manage the entire sales process from identification to closure.
- Provide pre-and post-purchase support to clients.
- Collaborate with presales and business development teams to understand client needs.
Business Change Coordinator
- Work with stakeholders to define high-level solutions and document requirements.
- Develop business change impact assessments with senior stakeholders.
- Manage change readiness assessments and create training needs analysis.
- Collaborate with HR and communication teams to manage organizational impact.
