Eligibility Criteria:

Deputy General Manager (Vigilance):

  • Education Qualification: MBA (HR), two-year PG Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, MSW, MA (Public Administration), or LLB from a recognized institution with at least 60% marks.
  • Experience: 10 years of post-qualification experience at an officer level in a government/PSU organization, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in vigilance, handling workforce over 500. Experience in vigilance monitoring/reporting for PSUs is essential. For those in PSUs/Government roles, 2 years in the pay scale of ₹60,000-1,80,000 or 5 years in ₹50,000-1,60,000 is required.

Assistant Manager (Vigilance):

  • Education Qualification: MBA (HR), two-year PG Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, MSW, MA (Public Administration), or LLB from a recognized institution with at least 60% marks.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience at an officer level in a supervisory position within vigilance, preferably in large organizations with 250+ employees. Candidates should be familiar with PSUs’ vigilance monitoring/reporting systems and relevant laws. Those in PSUs/Government should have 2 years in the pay scale of ₹30,000–1,20,000 or 5 years in ₹26,500-92,000.

Management Trainee (HR):

  • Education Qualification: Two-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, HR Management, or MBA (HRM) with a minimum of 60% marks. Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.
  • Experience: No prior experience required.

Management Trainee (Quality Control):

  • Education Qualification: M.Sc. in Agriculture specializing in Agronomy, Seed Technology, Plant Breeding & Genetics, with at least 60% marks. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
  • Experience: No prior experience required.

Management Trainee (Electrical Engineering):

  • Education Qualification: BE/B.Tech. in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Experience: No experience required.

Senior Trainee (Vigilance):

  • Education Qualification: MBA (HR) or two-year PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, MSW, or MA (Public Administration) with a minimum of 55% marks. Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.
  • Experience: No experience required.

Trainee (Agriculture):

  • Education Qualification: B.Sc. in Agriculture with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university.
  • Experience: No prior experience required.

Trainee (Quality Control):

  • Education Qualification: B.Sc. in Agriculture with at least 60% marks from a recognized institution. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
  • Experience: No prior experience required.

Trainee (Marketing):

  • Education Qualification: B.Sc. in Agriculture or a graduate with an MBA in Marketing/Sales, with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Experience: No prior experience required.

Trainee (Human Resources):

  • Education Qualification: Graduate with a minimum of 60% marks and knowledge of MS Office. Typing speed of 30 WPM in English required; knowledge of Hindi typing (25 WPM) is preferred.
  • Experience: No prior experience required.

Trainee (Stenographer):

  • Education Qualification: Sr. Secondary or equivalent with a three-year Diploma in Office Management with a minimum of 60% marks, or a Graduate with 60% marks and a certificate in Stenography.
  • Additional Requirement: Must pass a shorthand test at 80 WPM and a typing test at 30 WPM.
  • Experience: No prior experience required.

Trainee (Accounts):

  • Education Qualification: B.Com with at least 60% marks from a recognized university. Knowledge of MS Office is essential.
  • Experience: No prior experience required.

Trainee (Agriculture Stores):

  • Education Qualification: B.Sc. in Agriculture with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Experience: No prior experience required.

Trainee (Engineering Stores):

  • Education Qualification: Three-year Diploma in Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks, or an ITI certificate in Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, or Tractor Mechanic with 60% marks and a one-year apprenticeship.
  • Experience: No prior experience required.

Trainee (Technician):

  • Education Qualification: ITI certificate in a relevant trade (such as Fitter, Electrician, Welder, etc.) with a minimum of 60% marks and a one-year apprenticeship.
  • Experience: No prior experience required.

Skills Required:

  • Technical proficiency in respective fields, with knowledge of MS Office.
  • Language proficiency (Hindi and English) for some roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Deputy/Assistant Managers: Managerial and supervisory roles in Vigilance.
  • Management/Senior Trainees: Managerial and operational support across departments.
  • Trainees: Operational support in agriculture, marketing, stores, and technical areas.

Selection Process

For Deputy General Manager (Vigilance) and Assistant Manager (Vigilance):

  • Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT), subject to management’s discretion based on the number of applications.
  • Stage 2: Document Verification.
  • Stage 3: Personal Interview.

If the CBT is not conducted, candidates will be shortlisted for an interview directly based on their qualifications and experience.

For Management Trainee, Senior Trainee, and Trainee Positions:

  1. Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT).
    • The CBT will include questions on subject knowledge (70 questions) and general aptitude (30 questions).
    • Minimum qualifying score: 35 out of 100.
  2. Stage 2: Interview (for Management Trainee) or Document Verification (for Senior Trainee and Trainee).
  3. Stage 3:
    • For Management Trainee: Final selection based on combined CBT and interview scores (70% weight for CBT, 30% for interview).
    • For Senior Trainee and Trainee: Final selection based solely on CBT merit.

Training:

  • Management Trainees: One-year training, extendable by 6 months if required.
  • Senior Trainees/Trainees: One-year training, extendable by 6 months. Candidates may be absorbed based on performance.

Place of Posting:

Candidates are liable to be posted across NSC’s regional offices, area offices, and farms nationwide.
