Eligibility Criteria:
Education Qualification and Experience:
- Dy. Terminal Manager – Pax: Graduate with 18 years of work experience in passenger handling (OR) MBA with 15 years of experience, including 6 years in a managerial role.
- Duty Manager: Graduate with 16 years experience in passenger handling. Experience in Passenger handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof with 4 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Dy. Manager – Ramp/Maintenance: Graduate with 18 years of experience, (OR) an Engineering degree with 13 years of experience, (OR) Diploma with 18 years of work experience (OR) MBA with 15 years of work experience and must have relevant experience in ramp handling or maintenance.
- Duty Officer: Graduate with 12 years experience in passenger handling, with at least 4 years in a managerial/supervisory capacity.
- Jr. Officer – Technical: Engineering degree in n Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering with an LMV and HMV license (within 12 months of joining).
- Customer Service Executive/Jr. Customer Service Executive: Graduate (preference for candidates with relevant airline/ticketing experience).
- Handyman: 10th standard pass; ability to read and understand English, with knowledge of local and Hindi languages.
- Ramp Service Executive: 3-year diploma in relevant fields or ITI with NCTVT; HMV license required.
- Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver: 10th pass with an HMV license.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in relevant technical or operational skills based on the role.
- Well conversant with computer operations in required roles.
- Good communication and customer service skills, especially for customer-facing positions.
- Ability to work in a team and adhere to safety and operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Dy. Terminal Manager – Pax: Oversee terminal operations, manage manpower, ensure compliance, and address flight handling requirements.
- Duty Manager/Duty Officer: In charge of terminal activities, coordinate with airlines and agencies, manage reports, and handle flight delays.
- Jr. Officer – Technical: Oversee ground handling and ramp operations, ensure safety, and coordinate with agencies.
- Customer Service Executive/Jr. Customer Service Executive: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and other terminal services.
- Handyman: Assist with baggage handling, cabin cleaning, and other ground support tasks.
- Ramp Service Executive/Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver: Operate ground support equipment, transport baggage and cargo, and ensure apron safety.
Selection Process:
- Dy. Terminal Manager, Duty Manager, Duty Officer, and other Officer roles: Personal or Virtual Interview (Group Discussion may be conducted).
- Handyman: Physical Endurance Test followed by Interview.
- Ramp Service Executive/Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver: Trade Test and Driving Test followed by Interview.
