Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Passenger Handling: Assisting passengers at the terminal, handling check-in procedures, ticketing, reservations, and baggage management.
- Document Verification: Ensuring all travel documents, including visas, are verified before processing.
- Baggage Handling: Managing baggage at the make-up and break-up areas and resolving mishandled baggage issues.
- Customer Service: Addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints to ensure a smooth passenger experience.
- VIP Guest Handling: Special attention and handling of VIP guests.
- Load and Trim Management: Assisting with pre- and post-flight documentation and loading/offloading operations.
- Flexibility in Shifts: PSAs are expected to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts.
