In addition to the Basic Pay, employees will receive a Dearness Allowance (DA), which is currently 53% of the basic pay. The House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided based on the place of posting, which is 20% of the basic pay for Mysuru. Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must meet all the educational qualifications and work experience criteria outlined for each specific post. Additionally, candidates must be Indian citizens.
Education Qualification:
- Manager (Finance & Accounts):
- Full-time Graduate with at least 60% marks from a recognized university or institute.
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI or a Cost Accountant from ICMAI.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization or government PSU, handling financial management, auditing, and treasury functions.
- Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts):
- Full-time Graduate with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup, dealing with financial operations and audit-related functions.
- Assistant Manager (Materials Management):
- Full-time Graduate Engineer (B.E./B.Tech) with 60% marks in any discipline or a Post Graduate in Physics/Chemistry.
- Additionally, candidates should have a Diploma in Materials Management/Public Procurement from a recognized institute.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing or government organization.
- Assistant Manager (Information Technology):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics with at least 60% marks.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in IT fields like cybersecurity, data center management, network infrastructure, ERP systems, or other IT functions in a government or large-scale private organization.

Skills Required:
- Finance & Accounts: Strong knowledge of financial management, auditing, budgeting, and tax regulations. Ability to work with ERP financial systems.
- Materials Management: Proficiency in procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control, with knowledge of government procurement norms and policies.
- Information Technology: Advanced understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity protocols, data center management, and networking solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Manager (Finance & Accounts):
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, audits, financial reporting, and risk management.
- Manage the company’s treasury and cash flow, ensuring efficient allocation of funds.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts):
- Assist in managing day-to-day financial operations, prepare budgets, and support the audit and taxation teams.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Assistant Manager (Materials Management):
- Handle procurement activities, including vendor negotiations, tender processes, and materials planning.
- Ensure smooth supply chain operations and maintain optimum inventory levels.
- Assistant Manager (Information Technology):
- Manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring data security and smooth operation of IT systems.
- Implement cybersecurity measures and troubleshoot network issues.
- Provide technical support for ERP systems and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Selection Process:

- Personal Interview:
