Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate seamless onboarding of clients, ensuring a smooth transition into Citi’s financial systems.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Account Opening, and Product Partners, to optimize the client experience.
- Manage and streamline the account setup process for clients and actively seek process improvements to enhance overall onboarding efficiency.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients to meet their expectations during the account setup.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial products, banking regulations, and client onboarding processes is a plus.
