Eligibility Criteria:
| Nationality | Must be a citizen of India or subject of Nepal, Bhutan, or Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, intending to settle in India permanently. Candidates from certain other countries may also be eligible, as specified in the official notification. |
