Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality: Indian citizens only.

Education Qualification and Experience:

Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary):

  • Qualification: Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
  • Experience: Minimum 17 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in a company listed on NSE/BSE.

Deputy Manager (Survey):

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mining/Civil Engineering with Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency or M.Tech (Geomatics).

Deputy Manager (R&D):

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology or Post-Graduate qualification in Chemistry (preferably Inorganic/Analytical Chemistry).

Deputy Manager (M&C):

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering with Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management or MBA in Materials Management.

Assistant Manager (Official Language):

  • Qualification: Master’s Degree in Hindi/English or any subject with Hindi and English at the degree level.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Hindi terminology, translation work from English to Hindi, or vice versa.

Management Trainee (Human Resource):

  • Qualification: 2-year full-time Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in HR/Personnel with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).

Management Trainee (Finance):

  • Qualification: Pass in the final exam of CA/ICWA or 2-year full-time MBA (Finance) with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).

Management Trainee (Law):

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a 5-year integrated LLB with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).

Management Trainee (M&C):

  • Qualification: 2-year full-time Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).

Skills Required:

  • For all positions: Proficiency in relevant fields of specialization, strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of assigned responsibilities in respective departments.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive projects to completion.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • 10th-grade certificate or School Leaving Certificate indicating Date of Birth.
  • 12th Standard Passing Certificate.
  • Graduate and Post-Graduate Degree and Professional Qualification mark sheets as applicable.

Document Verification:

Candidates will need to submit attested copies of required documents with their application and present the original documents during the interview process.

Medical Standard:

Applicants appointment to the post is subject to being found medically fit by such Medical Authority as may be prescribed by the HCL Management.

Selection Process:

  • Deputy General Manager and Deputy Manager: Selection will be based on personal interviews.
  • Assistant Manager and Management Trainee: Selection will involve a Computer-Based Test (CBT) (80% weightage) followed by a Personal Interview (20% for Assistant Manager, 30% for Management Trainee).
