Job Overview:
ICICI Bank is seeking motivated individuals to join as Relationship Managers for Phone Banking. In this role, you will assist customers with their banking and investment needs, resolve queries, and cross-sell relevant products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance over the phone. You will play a crucial role in delivering a 360-degree banking experience to the customers.
Salary & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Query Handling: Manage customer inquiries and resolve their issues over the phone.
- Cross-Sell Products: Offer banking products like accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options based on customer needs.
