Salary:

  • Pay Matrix Level 6: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 per month, as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) guidelines.
  • Includes benefits like Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other admissible allowances.

Age Limit:

Maximum age limit: 30 years as of the last date of application.

Eligibility Criteria:

>> Technical Assistant – Pharmacology & Toxicology:

  • Essential Qualification: First-class Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology from a recognized university.

>> Technical Assistant – Natural Product Chemistry:

  • Essential Qualification:
    • First-class Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry) from a recognized university.
    • OR First-class Engineering Diploma (Chemistry/Chemical Engineering) with two years of relevant experience.
    • OR First-class Engineering/Technology degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering.

>> Technical Assistant – Ethnomedicine/Medicinal Plants:

  • Essential Qualification: First-class Bachelor’s degree in Botany/Plant Science or a relevant subject from a recognized university.

>> Technical Assistant – Computer Science (Maintenance of LAN & Network):

  • Essential Qualification:
    • First-class Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant subject from a recognized university.
    • OR First-class Engineering Diploma with two years of experience in LAN/Network Maintenance.
    • OR First-class Engineering/Technology degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Application Fee:

  • ₹300 for general candidates.
  • Exemptions: SC/ST, Persons with Disabilities (PwD), Ex-Servicemen, and Women candidates are exempted from the fee.
  • Fees are non-refundable and payable online.

Important Points to Note:

  • All documents should be submitted at the time of online application. Late submission of any document will not be considered.

Document Verification:

Selection Process:

Computer-Based Test (CBT) for 100 marks will be conducted for the selection of candidates.

Weightage: 95% of marks will be based on the CBT score, and 5% weightage will be given for research/lab/field experience in government-recognized institutions.

Experience weightage:

  • 1–2 years: 1 mark
  • 2–4 years: 2 marks
  • 4–6 years: 3 marks
  • 6–8 years: 4 marks
  • 8+ years: 5 marks

Candidates must bring their admit cards to the CBT, which will be issued via email.

Important Dates:

  • Last Date for Online Application: 15th October 2024 (up to 5:30 PM).
  • Computer-Based Test (CBT): The date and venue will be communicated through the registered email ID.
