Eligibility Criteria:
Education Qualification:
- Regular Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
- Must be proficient in the local language of the State/UT (Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Understanding).
- Students with a Postgraduate qualification or more than one year of work experience are not eligible.
Medical Standard:
Engagement of apprentices is subject to being declared medically fit as per the Bank’s requirements.
Selection Process:
- Merit-Based: Selection will be based on the marks scored in HSC/10+2.
- State-wise & Category-wise Merit Lists: Candidates will be placed in order of merit within their category, state, and district.
- Final Selection: In case of a tie in marks, candidates will be ranked by age in descending order within the same category.
Training:
- The period of training will be 12 months.
Place of Posting:
- Punjab: 70 vacancies across districts such as Amritsar, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, and more.
- Delhi: 30 vacancies across South, East, North, and West Delhi.

- Ensure your profile is 100% complete on these portals before applying.
- Online Application:
- Visit the Punjab & Sind Bank official website punjabandsindbank.co.in and go to the “Recruitment” section.
- Fill out the online application form with your personal, educational, and other details.
- Select your desired state and district during the application process. Remember, you can only apply for one state and one district.
- Upload all necessary documents, including a scanned copy of your photograph, signature, and required certificates (in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png formats).
- Payment of Application Fee:
- Pay the application fee online through the Bank’s payment gateway.
