Salary:
Consolidated monthly remuneration for Young Professionals:
- ₹ 70,000/- per month for the first year
- ₹ 75,000/- per month for the second year
- ₹ 80,000/- per month for the third year (for those who opt for a 3-year contract)
Note: The salary is inclusive of all taxes, and no additional allowances (e.g., DA, HRA, medical) are provided.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education Qualification and Experience:
- Young Professional (Finance):
- Qualification: CA/CMA or 2 years MBA (Finance) with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university / Institute.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification executive experience in a reputed organization.
- Young Professional (Information Technology):
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/IT or MCA with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university / Institute.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in managing IT hardware/software, cloud infrastructure, network administration, or cybersecurity.
- Young Professional (Office of CMD):
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Master’s in Science / Technology / Commerce / Statistics / Economics / Management, including one year of Executive PGP.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of executive experience in preparing MIS reports, and PowerPoint presentations, and assisting senior management.
- Young Professional (Human Resource):
- Qualification: A degree in any discipline from a recognized institution. A 2-year Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Human Resource Management and a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification executive experience in the field of Human Resource Management, preferably dealing with Personnel & Administration matters, Policy Advocacy, Industrial Relations, Recruitment and Promotion, Manpower Planning, Performance Appraisal Systems, General Administration activities, Statutory Compliance.
- Young Professional (Corporate Planning):
- Qualification: A B.Tech in any engineering discipline from a recognized institution. An MBA/PGDM specializing in Finance, Power Management, Strategic Management, or Corporate Strategy with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in data analytics, market research for renewable energy projects, and developing global perspectives in the power sector. Crafting business proposals, Utilizing business forecasting methods, Monitoring industry developments, Providing data-driven insights and performance metrics like NPV/IRR, and Developing predictive models to assess project feasibility and financial performance.
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in the relevant field for each post (Finance, IT, HR, Corporate Planning, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in working with high-level executives and preparing detailed reports.
Responsibilities:
Young Professionals will be responsible for assisting in strategic planning, financial management, IT systems management, human resource functions, and supporting the CMD’s office in day-to-day operations. Specific responsibilities will vary based on the post.

- Work experience certificates, including salary slips for the last 3 months.
- Caste certificate (if applicable).
