Eligibility Criteria:
Education Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- College degree (preferred)
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan) with a preference for Amadeus.
- 1-2 years of experience in ticket settlement with ARC and/or BSP.
- Prior experience in contact centers, retail, or sales/customer service roles is an asset.
- Travel industry experience is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in GDS systems, especially Amadeus and Sabre. Knowledge of Farelogix and ix is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues related to travel bookings and schedules.
- Conduct fare auditing, ticket issuance, and handle complex travel itineraries.
- Provide reservation services for airlines, hotels, and cabs.
