  • Multi-chat Handling: Manage multiple chat windows simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain logs of interactions and follow-ups.

>> Digital Relationship Executive:

  • Customer Engagement: Handle customer inquiries through chat, email, and voice channels to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Focus: Identify customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations or services to enhance customer value.
  • Target Achievement: Meet set sales targets and contribute to revenue generation.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
