Eligibility Criteria:
Education Qualification:
- A graduate degree in any discipline is required for the Expert Sales Executive role.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in ROI calculations and RS distribution management.
- Experience in RS appointment and sales planning.
- Ability to conduct promotional activities and ensure proper execution.
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and deliver scientific information on Unilever products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and ensure favorable recommendations.
- Maintain optimal HCP and pharmacy coverage.
- Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) and identify potential customers.
- Execute product activations aligned with marketing strategies.
- Provide timely reports on HCP/pharmacy coverage, RCPA, and activations.
- Meet sales objectives, analyze territory performance, and maintain inventory of inputs and samples.
- Engage with regional stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the business plan.
- Adhere to compliance protocols and promptly respond to HCP queries.
