Eligibility Criteria:
Education Qualification:
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
- The candidate must possess a valid mark sheet or degree certificate on the date of registration and should mention the percentage of marks obtained during the registration.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in the local language of the state (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
- Basic computer skills are desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries, assisting with banking services, managing cash, and other clerical duties.
Documents Required (at the time of Interview):
- Printout of the Interview Call Letter
- System-generated printout of the online application form
- Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or SSLC/Std. X Certificate)
- Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, etc.)
- Mark sheets and certificates/degree for educational qualifications
- Latest Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC)
- OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate (valid at the time of application)
- Income and Asset Certificate (EWS candidates)
- Disability certificate (PwBD candidates)
- Special Disability Certificate for specified disabilities requiring a scribe
- Scribe Certificate (if applicable)
- Ex-Servicemen: Service/Discharge book and pension payment order
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer (if applicable)
- Certificate for 1984 Riot Affected Persons (if applicable)

Document Verification:
Original documents and self-attested copies will be required for verification during the interview or at any subsequent stage.
Medical Standard:
Candidates must meet the medical fitness standards prescribed by the bank.
Selection Process:
- Online Examination:
- Objective-type questions covering Reasoning, Computer Aptitude, General Awareness, Data Analysis, and English Language.
- The examination will be in English and Hindi, except for the English section.
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT):
- Candidates must qualify in the regional language test. Those who studied the local language in 10th or 12th grade are exempted.
- Interview:
- Candidates who qualify in the online test and LPT will be shortlisted for the interview.
- Final Selection:
- Based on the combined scores of the online test and interview.
Place of Posting / Training:
- There are state-specific vacancies, as detailed in the notification. Candidates will be posted in the state they applied for, with the first 10 years of service confined to that state.
Examination Date & Centers:
- Online examinations will be held in multiple centers across India. Dates and venues will be announced in the admit card.
