Eligibility Criteria:
Education Qualification:
- Generalists:
- A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
- Specialists:
- Risk Management: B.E./B.Tech in any discipline with 60% (55% for SC/ST) and Post-Graduation in Risk Management or PGDM in Risk Management (OR) M.E./M.Tech in any discipline with Post Graduation in Risk Management specialization.
- Finance and Investment: Chartered Accountant (ICAI), Cost Accountant (ICWA), (OR) B.Com with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) (OR) M.Com from a recognized university.
- Automobile Engineers: B.E./B.Tech in Automobile Engineering with 60% (55% for SC/ST) (OR) M.E./M.Tech in the same discipline.
- Chemical/Mechatronics Engineers: B.E./B.Tech in Mechatronics or Chemical Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) (OR) M.E./M.Tech in the same discipline.
- Data Analytics: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Graduate in Statistics/Data Science/Actuarial Science with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) (OR) M.E./M.Tech/MCA in the same discipline. Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or RDBMS is preferred.
- Legal: Bachelor’s degree in law with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) (OR) Master’s degree in law from a recognized university. Registration with the Bar Council of India is mandatory.
Experience:
- Specialists may require relevant work experience in their respective disciplines.
- For Legal, 3 years experience as a practicing lawyer (2 years for SC/ST) is preferable.
Documents required:
- Proof of Date of Birth: Matriculation/SSC certificate, PAN Card, Passport, or AADHAR Card showing date of birth clearly.
- Educational Qualification: Degree certificates and mark sheets as proof of qualification.
- Category Certificate: SC/ST/OBC Non-creamy layer certificate, as applicable, must be produced in the prescribed format.
- PwBD Certificate: For persons with benchmark disabilities (if applicable).
- Experience Certificates: Required for Specialist roles that demand relevant work experience.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC): For candidates currently employed in Government/Public Sector.
Document Verification:
- Original documents will be verified at the time of the interview. Candidates failing to produce any document will be disqualified.
Medical Standard:
- Candidates must be in good health and will have to undergo a medical examination conducted by UIIC’s authorized medical personnel before final selection.
Selection Process:
- Online Examination:
- The online test consists of objective-type questions covering reasoning, English language, quantitative aptitude, general awareness (with a focus on the financial sector), and computer knowledge.
- Additional tests for Specialists will assess technical and professional knowledge.
- A descriptive test will evaluate English language skills (letter writing and essay).
- Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the online exam will be called for an interview.
- Final Selection: Based on combined performance in the online exam and interview
(weighted 75:25).
Place of Posting:
- Selected candidates will primarily be posted in the southern and western zones of India, and no transfer requests will be entertained for the first five years.

- Candidates will be informed about their examination centers via their call letters.
